Do you miss spending your summer with no worries?

We will be conducting our first round of hiring starting on Jan 15. Position choice will be given based on quality of applicants and first receipt of applications.

Working for Ohio Dreams is a great way to capture that summer feeling of freedom and creating memories with friends new and old, all while helping to ensure campers have the time of their lives!

If you want to join the Ohio Dreams Family be sure to fill out an online application asap, as positions are going to fill up as fast as camp weeks.

Camp works starts June 11 and ends Aug. 17. There are 8 week long sessions, employment time varies based on experience, history, position and availability.

Paid positions (all positions including lodging and meals)

Instructor - $100 - $150/wk based on experience
Counselor - $100 - $150/wk based on experience
Lifeguard - $100 - $150/wk based on experience
Photographer - $150/wk based on experience
Videographer - $150/wk based on experience
Grounds/Shop Manager - Pay negotiable
Grounds Keeper - Pay negotiable

Unpaid positions

Unpaid Positions at Ohio Dreams are a dream come true for any teenager involved in action sports. We have created a schedule that allows staff to exchange just 5 hours of work each day in return for lodging, meals and the remainder of the day to have unlimited access to our facilities to train, practice, ride, ski or just hang out. This is the best way to experience Ohio Dreams and truly live your passion.

The minimum age for all Unpaid Positions at Ohio Dreams is 16. (although there may be a few exceptions made for highly responsible and motivated 15 year old previous campers)
