Ohio Dreams Assistant Race Director

Ohio Dreams has created a new position for this summer and we are looking for all qualified applicants, male or female over the age of 18.

This position will start as a seasonal opportunity with the possibility for the right person to grow into a job that is more involved with Ohio Dreams during an ongoing basis.

Job Description:

• Assist in daily functions of the Ohio Dreams Race Program
• Keep coaching staff and guests organized and on task
• Coach campers
• Chaperone bus trips / race trips

Experience / Requirements:

• Must be available June 17 - Aug 18 (Some flexibility in relation to school/jobs)
• Expert/Pro level rider
• Experience teaching clinics / working with kids and teens

Personality Traits we are looking for:

Extremely High Energy, Always Positive, Excited to work with Kids and Teens, Problem Solver, Be able to think fast with decisions focused on a positive outcomes, Organized, Self Motivated, Quick Learner

Compensation:

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process but will be considerably higher than standard coaches / counselors

Ohio Dreams offers a great work environment, a great place to ride, train and progress both on your bike and professionally, but any person applying for this job needs to be of the understanding that our main focus is the overall experience of our campers, their needs will always come before ours.  You may miss summer national races during the camp season.
